St. George, Most Holy Martyr, you devoted your life to saving lives and to the fight against evil. Lift our eyes up to Christ, the Risen One, by whose power you lived and worked. Make every one of our deeds – for our families, our vocations, and for the Church – be a form of prayer, an act of faith for the glorification of God.
Be our intercessor, for in death you gained for us the victory. Holy St. George! Pray for us!
